I attribute my success (see below) to my understanding of how people think and why they think the way they do. Having studied and earned a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Social Science allows me to have a better grasp on human behavior and thought processes. Using this education, I can be more efficient and effective with my coaching and teachings. This includes analyzing a player or team's strengths and weaknesses. With that knowledge, I can then help lead the team to minimize the weaknesses while promoting the strengths through scheduling, patterns, habit building, and strategy.
