My name is Nick "Ashes" Ridgeway and I am an esports management, coaching and content creation specialist. I have a bachelors degree in Psychology and Social Science from the University of Maryland.

I have over a decade of experience in various aspects of the esports industry including; Management, Coaching, Tournament Organization, Player Relations, Sponsor Acquisition, as well as competitive experience in multiple esports titles.

My coaching career includes twenty championships in Gears of War. I am the winningest coach in console esports with over a 90% Win/Loss ratio at major LAN events.
